Car Show to Benefit Special Olympics

The car show will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 10.

The below information was provided by the Huntley Police Department. 

Tom Peck Ford of Huntley, 13900 Auto Mall Drive, will be hosting the 13th Annual Car Show to benefit the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Illinois from 9 a.m. to  3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 10. 

All vehicle makes and models are welcome with a $10 donation. Admission to the show is free. Prizes will be awarded. All donations collected during the show will benefit the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Illinois.

The Huntley Police Department along with Special Olympic Athletes will be on hand selling Torch Run merchandise (hats, shirts, and pins) and raffle tickets for a Harley Davidson Motorcycle, while raising awareness for Special Olympics. Special Olympics is a nonprofit organization providing year-round sports training and competition in 19 sports for more than 23,000 Athletes with intellectual disabilities and nearly 13,000 Young Athletes ages 2-7 with and without intellectual disabilities.
