Where/When: DreamScapes Whimsical Boutique & Studio, 119 S. Main St., Wauconda. March 28 – April 1 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.  

Why go: Keep your kids entertained and active during Spring Break week at this inspiring art camp. Sign up for daily classes or the whole week, with different projects featured every day.

Where/When: , Glen Garry Road & Briargate Road, Cary. Saturday, April 2 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.  

Why go: Families can celebrate Easter by having breakfast with the bunny. Kids will love the breakfast activities including games, coloring and more, as well as taking pictures with the bunny.

Why go: Children will love learning about animals in this “Nature Puppet Show” sponsored by the McHenry County Conservation District. After the show kids can make their own puppet to help them put on their own show at home.

Where/When: , 9224 Trinity Drive, Lake in the Hills.  Saturdays, April 2 – April 23 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Why go: This four-week beginning skateboard clinic teaches children the basics at the hip WARP Skate Park. Parents, know your children are in good hands and learning the basics of skateboarding safely.
