The resident in Pembroke Township, Illinois that One Neighbor at a Time will be helping is a man who lives in a house by himself.  No electricity, no water, no heat...with the recent rains coming through the roof into the house, he realizes that he could use some assistance.  Watch for updates.  We will assess the work and get a figure that we need to fund raise for.
