Woodstock Man Died of Natural Causes
No foul play suspected in death of Woodstock man found dead on ground near the Woodstock Square on Monday morning, the Northwest Herald reports.
The body of John J. McManus, 70, of Woodstock, was found on the ground near the Woodstock Square on Monday, Jan. 21. The coroner's office ruled McManus died of natural causes.

John J. McManus, 70, of Woodstock died of natural causes, and no foul play is suspected in his death, the Northwest Herald reports. McManus was found dead at about 7 a.m. Monday, Jan. 21.
His body was found on the ground near Calhoun and Hayward streets near the Woodstock Square, the Herald reported. The McHenry County Coroner's Office said McManus died from acute coronary thrombosis, a blockage of a coronary artery due to a blood clot, the Herald story states.
