lol @ Day go dogs getting their friends to stuff the ballot box. Was actually considering giving it a try, until I read richie's response here. Would prefer to not support a business owner that is that cocky and dismissing of an honest review. It was one person that did not enjoy their experience and I don't think most would put much stock into that, but to bash and accuse the reviewer as having an agenda is a bit much. I'll find another place to have my dogs.

Boy, did you hit the nail on then head. I have been there and it's a good Hot Dog, but not substantially better than hundreds of other's out there. Myself, I prefer Chubby's in Algonquin. Great food, Friendly service and they did not ask their customers to stuff the Ballot box for them. I think Day GO Dogs should be disqualified.

In the short amount of time DayGo Dogs has been opened, my family has eaten there at least 10 times. There isn't a dog in this area that comes close to a true Chicago dog. Every time we visit the owner has been on site and that is what I like about a good eatery. When the owner gives up his passion, the food goes down hill. I'm so happy I don't have to wait for a trip into the city to get a good dog, I'm not so sure my waist line will agree!!! Keep the good dogs coming!!

The majority of people in the United States, Todd. The majority. I am sure you are a wonderful person, and I really don't care what you put on your hot dog.

What happened to Scooby's in Algonquin? I see it is now Dante but just wondering what happened to Scooby, my son still has his stuffed scooby dog.

I was at Day-go-dogs the first weekend they opened and I heard they sold over 1,000 hot dogs in one day, the hots dogs are very good but the fries are great. To sell 1,000 hot dogs in one day you must be doing something right
