Deputies met with Johnson, a twice-convicted felon for selling cannabis and LSD during the 1990s, McHenry County Sheriff Keith Nygren stated in a press release.
During the investigation, deputies seized 20 cannabis sativa plants, about 2,430 grams of cannabis, multiple items of drug paraphernalia, two scales and packaging materials, police said.

Nygren estimated the total street value of the drugs was about $40,330.
The sheriff's office reports the investigation is on-going, and additional arrests may be forthcoming.
