Huntley Police: HHS Battery, Criminal Damage, Traffic Violations

Police reports from Feb. 14-16.

 

 

Note: The following information was obtained from Algonquin Police Department arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

Huntley High Battery Arrest

A 16-year-old girl from Huntley was arrested for a battery that occurred at Huntley High School, 13710 Harmony Road, on Feb. 14, police said.. The juvenile was released to her mother and will be petitioned into McHenry County Juvenile Court.

 

Criminal Damage Reported

A criminal damage to property report was taken in the 16000 block of Savannah Lane where a concrete flowerpot was broken on Feb. 15, reports stated.

 

Outdoor Light Damaged

A homeowner reported someone damaged an outdoor light in the 10700 block of Preston Pkwy on Feb. 15, police said.

 

No Driver's License, Tickets

David J. Ruth, 30, of 115 Spinacre, Poplar Grove, was arrested for driving while license suspended on Feb. 15, police said. Ruth posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of March 15.

 

DWLS Arrest

Phylis A. Termini,  37, of 12N265 Hilltop Rd., Elgin, was arrested for driving while license suspended on Feb. 16, police said. Termini posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of  March 15, 2013.

 

Traffic Violations Reported

Karen A. Czyscon, 56, of 13534 Lehigh, Huntley,was arrested for DUI, improper lane use, disobeying a stop sign, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, no turn signal and failure to property adjust seat belt on Feb. 16, police said. Czyscon posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of March 15.
