Thefts:

Kimberly C. Pomerich, 20, of 9806 Aberdeen, Huntley, and Alyssa M. Bell, 18, of 1300 Tanglewood, Algonquin, were charged Aug. 21 with retail theft.  Both posted bond and were released with Kane County court dates of September 10, 2012.

A theft report was taken Aug. 20, in the 12900 block of Brookwood Dr. Jewelry was reported stolen from the residence.

A theft report was taken Aug. 24 in the 10600 block of Lone Star Way, Huntley.  Cash was reported stolen from a vehicle.

A 16 year old male from Lake in the Hills was charged Aug. 25 with retail theft.  The juvenile was released to his parents with a McHenry County court date of October 29.

Disorderly Conduct:

Michael A. Rowe, age 64, of 12711 Eagle Ridge Dr., Huntley, IL was arrested Aug. 21, for disorderly conduct.  He posted bond and was released with a Kane County court date of September 10.

Driving:

Lynn A. Hanson, 48, of 230 Cunat Blvd., Richmond, was charged Aug. 22 with driving while license suspended, possession of a suspended driver’s license, display of expired registration, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, and failure to notify the Secretary of State of address change.  Hanson was assigned a McHenry County court date of September 14, 2012 and was transported to McHenry County jail to await bond call.

Nimse M. Gomez, 52, of 930 Provence Place, Lake in the Hills, was charged Aug. 23 with driving while license suspended and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Gomez posted $150 and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 14.

Karen M. Cosich, 51, of 12125 Oakcrest, Huntley, IL was charged Aug. 25, with driving while license suspended and speeding. Cosich posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of October 19.

DUI

Noah D. Dionesotes, 33, of 11518 Frederick Way, Huntley, was charged Aug. 24 with DUI, improper lane use, failure to dim headlights, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis. Dionesotes posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 7.

Sandra J. Sidlo, 50, of 9413 Rainsford, Huntley, was charged Aug. 24, with DUI, following too closely and no insurance.  Sidlo posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 21.

William D. Gallagher, 47, of 750 Country Club Rd., Crystal Lake, was charged Aug. 25 with DUI and speeding. Gallagher posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 28.

Rebecca L. Novak, 39, of 10065 Cummins St, Huntley, was charged Aug. 25 with DUI.  Novak posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 28.

Warrant

Amanda G. Higgs, 31, of 10348 Scott Dr., Huntley, was arrested Aug. 25, on an outstanding Boone County warrant and was charged with no valid driver’s license, and disobeying a traffic control device. Higgs posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 14, and a Boone County court date of September 7.
