A 40-year-old Huntley man is charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse, sexual exploitation of a child and battery, according to police.

Jimmy J. Dill of 10809 Cape Cod Lane was charged Tuesday in connection with two incidents of inappropriate sexual contact he allegedly had with a 16-year-old girl last fall, Huntley police said.

The charges are the lastest for the Huntley man who was arrested in 2009 for child pornography, according to the Northwest Herald.

In the latest incident, Dill reportedly placed his hands on the girl’s breasts during an encounter at his home in October 2011, according to reports. The second incident occurred in November of 2011 also in Dill’s Cape Cod Lane home.  In that incident, Dill is alleged to have exposed his penis to the victim for the purpose of sexual arousal, police said.

The victim reported the incidents in March 2012 and Huntley police began an investigation that resulted in an arrest warrant. Dill was taken into custody Tuesday without incident at his home, reports stated.

The aggravated criminal sexual abuse is a Class 2 felony and the sexual exploitation of a child and battery are Class A misdemeanors. He is being held at the McHenry County jail.
